Whilst attending Let's Mess Donegal sessions parents/guardians of the child/children are solely responsible for the control, care and safety of their child/children at all times. Let's Mess Donegal cannot accept any responsibility.
Let's Mess Donegal takes no responsibility for loss or damage to personal possessions during a messy play session.
Let's Mess Donegal recommends that children and adults wear appropriate clothing for messy play and will not be liable for stains or marks on children's clothes.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian or carer to ensure the child/children do not interact with any food/material substance that may cause an allergic reaction to their child/children.
We make every effort to supply items that are edible, non-toxic / hypoallergenic. However, we advise that all materials provided including foodstuffs are not to be consumed by the babies/toddlers as some products (despite being edible) may present a choking hazard. We do not accept any responsibility for any accident found to be directly attributed to any product or item provided. It remains the responsibility of the parent/guardian in attendance for supervising the children they are accompanying.
Under no circumstances those in charge of the child/children are allow to leave the building without taking the child/children within their care with them.
Please do not attend the session with your child if you or they are not feeling well.
Let's Mess Donegal are unable to provide refund for non-attendance and swapping or reallocating sessions is not permitted.
Under no circumstances can you post any pictures or videos on social media that may have another child in the background.
Should any sessions be cancelled by Let's Mess Donegal due to low registration, instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances you will be notified prior to the session and the session will be rescheduled or refunded, you will be notified in advance.
Permission must be given for photographs to be taken of your child during sessions. In giving consent you are agreeing that any photos taken may be used on Let's Mess Donegal social media outlet or for advertising posters/leaflets.
Large school bookings or birthday parties a deposit must be paid to secure the booking. Which is non-refundable.
